Crime Against Women: Delhi tops hall of shame, Mumbai comes second

The National Crime Records Bureau's report for 2012 shows that Delhi tops the infamous list of being the most unsafe metro for women.
Rape cases reported in the capital for the year 2012 is 585, more than the sum of the other three major metros. These are just the instances where cases have been filed. So many more go unreported due to stigma and fear of being ostracized from society.
