Mumbai Gangrape Case: Mumbai Police forms 18 teams to nab 5 accused

In a shocking incident in Mumbai, a 22-year-old photojournalist was allegedly gangraped in South Mumbai's Shakti Mill compound in Worli on Thursday evening. She had gone to the area on an assignment with a male colleague. When 5 men barged into the mill and accused them of trespassing. They bashed up the boy and while 2 of them held him, the three others are said to have taken turns to rape the girl.

Mumbai police has prepared the sketches of accused and formed 18 teams to nab the culprits. 25 people have been detained for questioning so far. The girl who was admitted in Jaslok hospital is said to be stable now. Home Minister R.R Patil visited the victim in hospital and is personally monitoring the situation.
