Newsx: To recoup its low war reserves, Indian Army, places Rs 3,000 crore order for Invar anti-tank missiles
The Army's war reserves of anti-tank missiles are perilously low, as was made public last year by former Army Chief General VK Singh
The Invar missiles can kill enemy tanks from a range of 5 km, and can even penetrate modern, reinforced armour which can withstand most hits with the explosive reactive armour protection
