NewsX: Rupee breaches 62 mark against Dollar

The rupee fell a record low on Friday to Rs 62.03 against the dollar, clearly indicating that measures taken up by RBI to shore up the currency is hardly effective. Adding to their woes is spike in Dollar and toughening global investment environment.
