Launching a scathing attack on the NDA government, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, Thursday, accused the Centre of allowing Vijay Mallya to escape from the country. “Question is how did a man who stole Rs. 9000 crore leave country, neither Modi ji nor Arun ji gave an answer in the Parliament,” Rahul said. “They talk about bringing back black money, then how did they allow this?” he added.
