Days after Kishtwar clashes and just a few hours post the PM's speech at Red Fort. J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah has openly come out with his grudges against the central govt.
Hitting out at centre. Omar blamed the "tall leaders from the Centre" of having biases against Kashmir and played down the communal clashes in his state.
