PhD student Mudassar mobilised crowd at Press Club : SAR Geelani

Former Delhi University lecturer SAR Geelani, who was arrested on charges of sedition in connection with an event in JNU, today identified the person who mobilised the crowd at Press Council of India and said that similar meetings were held twice earlier also.Geelani, during interrogation, revealed that Mudassar, who is not from Jawaharlal University (JNU) mobilised the crowd at Press Club. He said Mudassar was an acquaintance and he is from some other university. However, police suspects Mudassar is associated with JNU.
He even admitted that anti-India slogans were raised at the event.
