India's Commercial Capital is not secure even after the ghastly attacks of 26 / 11. It seems the city's police force is yet to modernize its weapons and battle readiness of its personnel. The immediate concern is that no suppliers want to bid for the Maharashtra Police tenders. Here's Vrushali Kadam with a report.
