NewsX: BCCI moves to Supreme Court against Bombay High Court order

NewsX: The Board of Cricket Control in India has moved the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court order. Bombay HC had declared the BCCI probe panel illegal & unconstitutional.
BCCI probe committee investigating the fixing scam had given a clean chit to BCCI president-in-exile N Srinivasan's son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan and Rajasthan Royals co-promoter Raj Kundra in the scandal, paving the way for Srinivasan's return to the board. But the Bombay High Court's order queered the pitch for Srinivasan last week.
