NewsX: Dragon pokes India again

NewsX: Dragon continues to provoke India yet again intruding into India's territory. Now, fresh transgression has been reported from Chumar area in North-east of Leh. The incursion across the International Border took place on 20th of July. The vigilant Indian side were able to force the Chinese back. This comes, even as, both New Delhi and Beijing recently held their third meeting of the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination on India-China Border Affairs in New Delhi.
