Badi Bahas: Supreme Court refuses to block release of juvenile

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to stay the release of the juvenile convicted in the 2012 Delhi gangrape case, noting that his further detention needs a “legislative sanction” while the court has to “go by the law as it stands today”.
