Principal secretary Rajendra Kumar questioned at CBI headquarters

The agency alleged that Kumar, while working in different positions between 2007 and 2014, organized crucial contracts worth several crores related to Delhi government from different departments - Delhi Transco Limited, health and family welfare, IT department, trade and taxes (VAT) department and as CM's secretary -- to private company Endeavour Systems Pvt Ltd, which he promoted along with his associates.
