Delhi Gangrape Case: Fate of Juvenile to be decided today

News X: It's judgment day for the juvenile in the Delhi gangrape case. The Juvenile justice board court will seal the fate of the minor accused in the case who has already been brought to the court. The decision will come close on the heels of Supreme Court order which rejected PIL seeking to reduce age from 18 to 16 to try juveniles as accused in cases of rapes, murders.
The role of the Juvenile in the Damini rape case is all the more startling as he is alleged to have solicited the couple to board the bus, before sexually assaulting the victim.
