Rahul Gandhi to visit Shakur Basti today

Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Monday will visit Shakur Basti demolition site. Rahul Gandhi will meet the residents of Shakur Basti, who lost their homes after Indian Railways demolished around 500 slums. The Delhi demolition issue is also expected to rock Parliament as the Aam Aadmi Party has given an adjournment notice in Lok Sabha over the demolition drive while Trinamool Congress (TMC) has also given a notice in Rajya Sabha. Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu is likely to make statement in Parliament over the issue.
