Chennai drowns in deluge of water, flight services suspended

Chennai has been deluged once again. The second wave of torrential deluge has inundated the whole state. Airport has been temporarily shut down for last 12 hours The rail and road services have also been badly affected. In last 24 hours the state has received 90 percent excess rainfall.
