NewsX: TMC skips meet on polls

NewsX: Mamata's Trinamool Congress gave a special meet called by the election commission of West Bengal to discuss poll a miss despite creating hurdles in planning of panchayat polls. Earlier the meeting was delayed as TMC representatives expected to attend it did not come on time.
