NewsX:Cabinet gives green signal on food bill

NewsX: The government has set the ball rolling for the food security ordinance.Deemed as a vote winner ahead of the 2014 general elections the scheme aims to provide foodgrains at Rupees 5 a kg per month which will cover around 81 crore people.
