Patna: The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday released its vision document for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.

Releasing the party's vision document, finance minister Arun Jaitley slammed the Nitish-Kumar led 'Grand Alliance', saying it's time to end the "jungle raj" in Bihar.

Terming the Congress-JD(U)-RJD alliance opportunistic, Jaitley said that "political consistency" is not the virtue of any of the participants of this alliance.
