NewsX: Punjab flood prevention plans sticks to paper only

NewsX: It seems the Punjab government has neither learnt any lesson from the flood havoc in Uttarakhand nor from its past experience. After the floods of 2010 in Punjab, a lot measures were charted to curtail the fury of Ghaggar river. But every plan continues to remain on paper, with a possible heavy monsoon this year spelling trouble for Punjab. Here's a report.
