Uttarakhand Flood: Pilgrims blame govt for disaster

NewsX: As Uttarakhand braces itself for another spell of adverse weather beginning today, rescue teams are poised to take another fortnight to evacuate flood victims.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna said and I quote "It will take another 15 days for the rescue teams to evacuate flood victims as the roads leading to the affected areas have been damaged badly.
