PM Narendra Modi meets his guru Swami Dayanand Giri in Rishikesh

PM Narendra Modi on Friday visited the Swami Dayananda Saraswati Ashram in Rishikesh and met his guru Swami Dayanand Giri. Giri is a teacher Rishikesh’s Dayanand Saraswati Ashram and Coimbatore’s Arsh Vidya Gurukulam. The ashram has more than 100 centres in India with major ashrams at Rishikesh, Coimbatore and Nagpur. Giri had established All India Movement for Seva in 2000 and has been awarded by United Nations in 2005.
