Babu Slaps Cop at Ujjain’s Mahakal Temple, gets Thrashed in Return

The Additional Collector of Ujjain was thrashed by a policeman after the latter denied him entry to the famous Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple.The bureaucrat had gone to visit the temple along with some other people on the occasion of the Nag Panchami festival, where he was stopped by the policemen when they tried to enter through the exit gate. The Additional Collector then slapped one of the constables stationed there in the ensuing scuffle.The constable in retaliation thrashed the bureaucrat, which led to a huge ruckus in front of the temple. The local SP has ordered an enquiry.
