Delhi: Man tries to kiss a girl, police says it is not molestation

In a shocking incident, a man attempted to kiss a woman in Connaught Place in Delhi, near Barakhamba traffic light. However, when the girl approached the police to register a case, she was told that kissing is not 'molestation'. a man named Nikhil approached the woman and tried to kiss her while she was walking down M block (near Barakhamba traffic light) in Connaught Place. But the woman somehow got hold of the guy and gathered a crowd who grabbed him.Adding to the woes of the woman, as mentioned in the post, sub-inspector Sanjiv Kumar asked her to write the application thrice and then rejected it, saying just trying to kiss a girl was not molestation. Meanwhile, the police did not take alleged molester in custody.
