4 arrested in Delhi University admission racket

The Delhi Police on Thursday claimed to have busted a massive fake admission scam running across various Delhi University (DU) colleges with the arrest of four people by the Crime Branch, officials said. The racket involved forging academic certificates from the Bihar and Uttar Pradesh examination boards and even caste certificates to ensure people to secure admission in one of the most coveted universities in the country.
