Vyapam scam: AIIMS refuses to accept journalist Akshay Singh's viscera sample

According to top MP government sources AIIMS has refused to accept the viscera sample of Akshay Singh. AIIMS administration has told MP government that they do not have facilities or the mandate to conduct forensic examination of viscera samples.
