J&K: SP used inmates to write exam

NewsX: Law keepers turning into law breakers is fast becoming the order of the day. A bizarre case of impersonation has come to the fore in Jammu. This involves the superintendent of Kot Bhalwal Jail Rajni Sehgal. She is already under suspension following the attack on Pak prisoner Sanaullah. Seghal reportedly used an under-trial prisoner to write her examination for the post-graduate degree in Sociology held by Indira Gandhi National Open University.
