NewsX: CBI has filed a supplementary charge sheet in the Sohra-buddin encounter case. against Rajasthan BJP leader Gulab Chand Kataria under various Sections of IPC.

Sohra-buddin was allegedly killed in a fake encounter in Dec 2005. Kataria was the Home Minister in the Vasundhara Raje cabinet then. Sohrabuddin's brother alleged that Kataria was paid Rs 10 crore by the marble lobby of Rajasthan for the elimination of Sohrabuddin who was running an inter -state extortion racket. Kataria had been quizzed by CBI in June 2012.

Kataria is the leader of opposition in the Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha.
