Mallikaarjuna kharge is tipped to be the new railway minister. Pawan Bansal's ouster is on the cards and this may benefit Kharge in obtaining the plum post of Railway Minister of the country. Speculations are also rife that this move could be to compensate Kharge's loss of being CM of Karnataka.
