Manoj Vashisht Encounter Case: Firing missing in hazy CCTV clip shown by cop

The CCTV footage of Sagar Ratna restaurant shows a scuffle and attempt of the cops to catch hold of Manoj Vashishtha. The firing, however, is missing from the hazy footage released by the police. The video shows Manoj (wearing a dark blue shirt) and a group of men and women seated in the middle of the restaurant. A few seconds later, four cops enter and one of them wearing a white shirt walks up to Manoj and places his hand on his shoulder while the others stand behind him. Manoj suddenly gets up and a scuffle ensues. He pushes the table in front of him and the man behind him tries to twist his hand. Another cop joins in and they fall behind a table.
