Salman Khan’s 5 year long sentence in the 2002 hit-and-run case has been suspended by the High Court. The actor won’t be taken into police custody but he will have to apply for fresh bail. After being pronounced guilty in the hit and run case, Salman was let off on a 2 day long interim bail by the Sessions court, after which he pleaded for bail in High Court. Now that his sentence of 5 years in jail has been stayed, the actor before the end of the interim bail period will have to apply for fresh bail. He was just spotted leaving his home in Galaxy Apartments.
