23-year-old girl gang-raped in Moga, Punjab

A 23-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by at least eight youths at Marhi Mustafa village in the district on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday. The victim, a resident of nearby village, had reportedly gone to her friend’s residence at Marhi Mustafa along with a male friend of hers. Since her friend’s husband was not at home, the duo decided to stay there overnight.
