Italy does not want NIA to probe marines case

SC to decide on Monday whether NIA can probe and prosecute Italian Marines accused of killing two Kerala fishermen near Kerala coast. Italian Govt has approached the Supreme Court saying that NIA can't do so. The Central Govt has however supported the same.
