Bhullar's judicial process is still on: CPI

The Supreme Court finally decided today that delay in decision on the mercy plea of death row prisoner Davinder pal Singh Bhullar cannot be reason for commuting his death sentence into Life sentence. The court finally decided on the case filed by Punjab militant Devender Pal Singh Bhullar, who was convicted of killing nine people with a car bomb in Delhi in 1993. CPI has said that mercy petition will be given to President and judicial process is still on.
