Kolkata: Narendra Modi slams UPA foreign policies

After being a huge hit at the conference for FICCI's Ladies Wing, the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was at Kolkata to address industrialists there and at the same time, trying to woo Mamata Banerjee despite her obvious absence from the meet. Modi also took on the UPA for neglecting non-Congress ruled states and that the Central government's work machinery is at a standstill.
