Police Commissioner Bassi gave an explanation saying the team had gone to conduct security survey of the dignitary.
Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi on Saturday said there was no ulterior motive of police’s visit to Congress office to inquire about party vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
“There was no snooping motive of the police official. He wouldn't have left the pro forma there if had the motive,” he told reporters.
