Vajpayee govt never neglected West Bengal: Modi

After being a huge hit at the conference for FICCI's Ladies Wing, the Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi was at Kolkata to address industrialists there and at the same time, trying to woo mamata banerjee despite her obvious absence from the meet. He said that the state has suffered a lot in the hands of the Left for the past 32-years and that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee had a lot in hand in filling up the potholes created by the Left. Modi also took on the UPA for neglecting non-Congress ruled states and that the Central government's work machinery is at a standstill.
