Supreme Court has noticed states over ineffective implementation of Gutkha ban. Apex court has issued notice to top Health secretaries of 23 states. The officials have 4 weekly to reply. Supreme Court notice came over the petition that the nationwide ban on Gutkha had not been implemented effectively in all state. Next date of hearing in the case has been fixed till May 3.
