Digvijay stands defiant on dual power Centres in Congress

Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh has come out in defiant. He says that he sticks to his stand on dual power Centres in the Congress party. Digvijay had slammed the Congress earlier on the issue of two-power Centres.
