As Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi makes it to BJP'S Parliamentary Board, VHP's International Working president Praveen Togadia took indirect digs at Narendra Modi. In a veiled reference to Modi's recent attempts to woo the minority communities in Gujarat, said any one who embraces minoroty communities for vote bank politics do not deserve to form a Government or represent the public. Tagodia dig at Modi came in the presence of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, making one wonder as to whether this is the RSS way of branding Modi Secular.
