DMK rethinks of UPA-alliance

In a letter to his partymen, DMK chief Karunanidhi says that now since the DMK has come out of Central government as desired by some persons including Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa, nothing has been achieved. Karunanidhi questions if the DMK's quitting UPA move brought any ends to the problems of Eelam Tamils. The veteran politicians questions if the move compelled India to seek amendments to US resolution (at UNHRC)? Or has it adopted a resolution in Parliament with amendments?"
