Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be today addressing an election rally at Dwarka in west Delhi. The rally is scheduled to begin at 2 pm.Extensive security arrangements have been put in place to ensure peaceful conduct of the rally. Security agencies in the city are on high alert following intelligence inputs of terror threats during Delhi elections.
