Delhi police inaction caught on camera

CCTV footage shows how Delhi police PCR van runs from the spot without, instead of stopping the fight in between two groups of Karawal Nagar, North East Delhi. Subhash Chand has claimed a plot of land in Karawal Nagar since 2009 he and his family is staying in the house. OM Singh Mallik from the same area has also claimed the ownership. On Thursday both the groups had called the PCR. And the scuffle began right before the cops.
