Mamata's birthday wishes inspires IPS officer to hit back

Another bitter showdown in West Bengal between the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and an IPS officer, a birthday greeting from Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has inspired a 76-page reply from senior IPS officer Nazrul Islam, against whom the Mamata govt has initiated departmental proceedings. On February 3, which was Nazrul's birthday, the CM sent him a letter, wishing him a "happy, prosperous and long life".
