Srinagar attack: Omar misses ceremony to pay tribute to jawans

The J&K Chief Minister insulted the 5 CRPF jawans, who had lost their lives in Wednesday's Fidayeen attack, by giving the wreath laying ceremony a miss. While officials from CM office attended the ceremony, Omar was missing in action.
