Delhi records coldest day as fog keeps sun out

After more than a week of milder weather, severe winter returned to the capital on Wednesday, when the maximum temperature plunged to a season's low of 13.1 degrees Celsius, seven degrees below normal, as a screen of fog kept the sun out through the day.
