Badi Bahas: Will Modi take India to the top till the end of 2015?

It will be all work and no new year celebrations for the Modi ministers this year. Several ministers have cancelled their tour and celebration plans. According to sources, they have been also been advised not to attend any corporate-style celebrations.

Some of the ministers have reportedly said that for the sake of people they are ready to work even for 20 hours. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will be in office and working both on December 31 and January 1.

Union Tourism minister Mahesh Sharma told the reporters that December 31 would be a working day for all the ministers. He said, "As asked by the PM, we will work towards good governance and see the country celebrate. You can come at midnight and wish me ."

Union Civil Aviation minister Ashok Gajapati Raju said he will also be at the ministry this year. He said, "For the last decade all my year-ends have been working."
