UP: Akhilesh's attempt to control lawlessness

Raja Bhaiya, UP Food and Civil Supllies Minister, was forced to resign after being booked for murdering a cop in his constituency Kunda in Pratapgarh. Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav was quick to accept his resignation. Growing lawlessness in the state is back in focus.
