NewsX@9: Lackluster budget expose, govt too weak for action

NewsX@9 is a NewsX special show which debates the main news event of the day. It was meant to be a Poll Budget -- the one that Cong was going to ride to the 2014 elections. But Budget 2013 was anything but that -- it raised taxes, had few sops and was distinctly missing the populism everyone expected, so will it revive the economy? Will it hit you with more inflation?? Will it help the cong win the elections?? Or did it not even seek to do any of that -- in fact, did it seek to do nothing at all -- a speciality of Cong govts.
