Govt yet to act on demands for creating a regulatory body

Even as Finance Minister P Chidambaram has offered sops to first time home buyers, the ouorganised real estate sector scores as the worst ever service provider. The loss of Rs14 crore faced by home buyers in Delhi alone in just a month, raises an urgent need of regulation in the sector. Molly Gambhir has this report.
