Shinde's saffron terror comment factually correct: Congress

In a move that seems like a U-turn by Congress, party spokesperson PC Chacko has said that Home Minister Sushil Shinde's remark on Saffron terror is not completely wrong. The comment comes at a time when Home Minister had expresed regret on the issue on Wednesday.
